1. Who we are

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers on warmandcomfy.com. Retailers and other business customers buy on separate wholesale terms via ncwholesale.eu.

2. Prices

All prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are our recommended retail prices including Danish VAT. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

3. Ordering

You place an order by adding items to the cart and completing the checkout. The agreement is binding when you receive our order confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of obvious pricing or stock errors; in that case any amount paid is refunded in full.

4. Payment

You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. The amount is charged when your order is dispatched, unless the payment method you choose states otherwise. Payment data is handled by our payment providers and is never stored by us.

5. Delivery

We ship worldwide with UPS from our warehouse in Denmark. Home delivery costs €20. Within the EU you can also choose delivery to a UPS Access Point (parcel shop) for €10. Delivery is free on orders of €500 or more. Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days, and you receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way. See our shipping policy for details.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 100 days without giving a reason. The period runs from the day you, or a person named by you, receive the goods. To withdraw, tell us clearly by e-mail to hello@warmandcomfy.com before the period expires, and send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning the goods. 7. Complaints and warranty

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which gives consumers a two-year right to complain about defects that were present at delivery. If you live in another EU country you also keep the mandatory consumer rights of your home country. Sheepskin, cowhide and leather are natural materials: variations in colour, size, curl and markings are part of the product and not a defect. Please contact us at hello@warmandcomfy.com within a reasonable time of discovering a defect, with your order number and photos. If the complaint is justified we repair or replace the item, or refund you, and we cover reasonable return costs.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

Purchases are governed by Danish law, without limiting the mandatory consumer protection you have in your country of residence. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, consumers can submit it to the Danish complaint resolution centre: Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (naevneneshus.dk).
