Confirmation

By approving these terms and conditions and thereby confirming your order, this will serve as a binding agreement. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders on warmandcomfy.com.

Age Restrictions

Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about our privacy policy before you register to use this site or any of this site’s services.

Payment

Warm&Comfy accepts all major credit/debit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, PayPal, and Apple, Amazon and Google pay. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to Warm&Comfy, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information. warmandcomfy.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.

Taxes

All prices on Warm&Comfy are including the applicable VAT tax rate for your country. Please note that customers outside the EU or Norway may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Warm&Comfy has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. If you refuse the package for this reason, customs authorities may charge Warm&Comfy an administration fee, and this fee will be deducted from the requested refund amount. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. However, we do not guarantee the prices are 100% correct, they are just estimates.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24 hours on working days, with UPS, DHL or GLS. Delivery time to all EU countries is 2-3 working days, and 2-5 working days to the rest of the world. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our customer support. Warm&Comfy accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. All shipping times are guiding. International shipping costs vary from continent to continent. The exact cost of shipping is calculated at the checkout stage. The minimum order value to be eligible for free shipping is shown on warmandcomfy.com. Returns

We can issue a full refund or issue an exchange for orders returned within 100 days of purchase. If you would like to get a refund of your goods, please use the prepaid return label, sent with your order. Returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, and will otherwise not be accepted. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected by Warm&Comfy. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by Warm&Comfy.

Warranty

All products from Warm&Comfy come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact customer support at hello@warmandcomfy.com.

Coupon Codes Terms

Coupon codes can only be redeemed online. Only one (1) coupon code may be redeemed per user account / per household / per promotion. The coupon code is redeemable on select merchandise only. Coupon codes may require a minimum value purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, promotions, shipping specials or other promotional offers. Coupon codes must be entered at the cart in order to be applied to your order. Coupon codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Competitions and contests

Employees at Warm&Comfy cannot participate in competitions. In cases of disputes about the contest terms, Warm&Comfy will do the interpretation. Prices cannot be exchanged for other products or cash. All taxes and fees have been paid. Warm&Comfy reserve the right to announce the name and city of the winner on the media used by Warm&Comfy. By signing up with their email, participants accept to receive newsletters from Warm&Comfy. Participants accept the above when participating in the contest by Warm&Comfy. Our Facebook/Instagram contests are in no way supported, sponsored or administrated by Facebook or Instagram. The winners of the competition will be contacted directly by email or private message.

Intellectual Property

All rights, including property rights, copyrights and other intellectual property right in connection with Warm&Comfy products, trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Warm&Comfy. Warm&Comfy trademarks and other distinctive marks belong to Warm&Comfy or Warm&Comfy’s suppliers. The customer may not change or remove any statement regarding copyrights, trademarks or any other rights included in Warm&Comfy’s products. The customer cannot sell, distribute, license, rent out, lease, lend, pledge or in any other way assign or hand over these licences and rights of use to any third party without the prior written consent of Warm&Comfy. It is strictly prohibited to use, reproduce, copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, download, license, enter into database, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, frame, transfer, or sell any content obtained from, through or on this services, in whole or in part.

Force Majeure

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we will attempt to notify you.
