Where we ship
We ship worldwide with UPS from our warehouse in Hedensted, Denmark.
Delivery options and prices
- UPS Home Delivery, worldwide: €20
- UPS Access Point (parcel shop), EU countries: €10
- Orders of €500 or more: free delivery
Home delivery costs the same wherever in the world you live.
Delivery time
Delivery normally takes 3–5 working days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you receive an e-mail with a tracking link.
Duties and taxes outside the EU
Our prices include Danish VAT. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the destination country may charge import duties, taxes and a customs clearance fee. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, write to hello@warmandcomfy.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the parcel. We will sort it out with UPS.
