100 days to change your mind
You can return any item bought on warmandcomfy.com within 100 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason.
How to return
- Write to hello@warmandcomfy.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
- Pack the items well, preferably in the original packaging, and send them to: Natures Collection A/S, Troldhøjvej 7, 8722 Hedensted, Denmark.
- Keep the proof of postage until you have received your refund.
You pay the cost of the return shipment and you are responsible for the parcel until we receive it. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Condition of returned items
You may handle and try the item in the same way you could in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, its value may be reduced, and the refund is reduced accordingly.
Refunds
We refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may wait until the item has arrived back with us, or until you have sent us proof of return. The refund is made to the payment method you used for the order.
Faulty or wrong item
If an item is defective or not what you ordered, write to hello@warmandcomfy.com with your order number and photos. We will repair or replace it, or refund you, and we cover reasonable return costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like instead.
